About the role

We are seeking a strategic and business-driven leader who can take our digital products to the next level. With a clear focus on services and self-service solutions, you will be a key player in shaping our digital future. You will be responsible for defining and implementing a visionary product strategy based on customer insights, business opportunities, and market trends, with the goal of creating market-leading digital products and world-class customer experiences.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that our digital products, website, and customer portal are competitive, business-driven, and enhance the customer journey. You will lead the development of digital strategies that create conditions for increased digital sales as well as customer experience and internal efficiency through self-service.

The unit also includes a function responsible for customer insights and needs, which is a crucial component in increasing customer orientation. As a natural change leader, you will ensure that product development aligns with both short-term and long-term business goals, and that we are constantly one step ahead in the digital transformation. You will also contribute to driving AI development within your own division forward.

Your main responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead the organization through digital development with clear communication, engagement, and a holistic perspective.
• Strategic product development: Create and implement a forward-looking product strategy that strengthens our market position and drives digital business development.
• Digital innovation and efficiency: Drive the development of digital products that increase conversion, create smooth customer journeys, and optimize internal processes.
• Collaboration and stakeholder management: Create strong partnerships internally and externally to ensure that product development aligns with business strategy and customer needs.
• Customer insight and analysis: Create conditions for a world-class customer experience by increasing customer orientation based on customer needs and expectations.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven ability to drive digital transformation and product development at a strategic level. You have a strong business understanding and see the opportunities of digitization to create competitive advantages and growth. Your leadership is characterized by clarity, innovation, and willingness to collaborate, and you have experience in building and developing high-performing teams in a changing environment. Experience in digital sales, product development, or other relevant background is advantageous.
