About the position

As a customer service representative at Anticimex, you have an advisory role where you assist customers by providing information and guidance to resolve their issues. The work is primarily conducted via phone, where you answer questions, provide support, and ensure that the customer receives the best possible service. Some handling of customer cases via email may occur.

Your tasks include managing and following up on customer cases, providing professional advice, and receiving and handling customer feedback. You work administratively and use various data systems to document cases and ensure that customers receive the right assistance.

The assignment is a temporary employment that lasts approximately from April to August, with a high chance of extension.

About you

We especially welcome you with good knowledge in administration, feedback, and customer support to apply for the position, and we also appreciate if you have experience working in service, administrative tasks, and customer service. If you have experience in similar work and are proficient in other languages besides Swedish and English, we consider that an advantage. We highly value personal qualities and are looking for someone who is motivated and has a strong desire to learn. These qualities are crucial for succeeding in the job with us.
