We are looking for you who are a trained district nurse or nurse and who preferably has experience working in a healthcare center. Specialist training in asthma/COPD, diabetes, or dementia is an advantage. You are used to working independently, are secure in your professional role, and are interested in providing high medical quality and high accessibility for our patients. We see that you are responsible and have good organizational skills. You enjoy challenges and want to be involved in the development of the healthcare center.

You will work with outpatient work, telephone advice, and digital contacts. With us, you will be part of a healthcare center with great autonomy.
