Folktandvården Säffle is Värmland's southernmost clinic, located on the western side of Vänern.

We are a cheerful team of 20 people who are now looking for a new colleague. We place great importance on a good working environment and we enjoy development and improvement work. Approximately 15,000 people live in Säffle, and about 6,800 of them are our patients. Our clinic, located in the top floors of Säffle Hospital, is fresh and modern.

We are here for our patients and want to provide them with the best dental care possible. This requires the opportunity to participate in courses and be part of various networks. Your Tasks

With us, you will have a varied and stimulating job that mainly consists of assistance, sterilization, and reception work. If you are interested, there is also the opportunity for your own areas of responsibility, such as prophylaxis with your own patients and other delegated tasks such as taking impressions and scanning. The tasks are varied within both adult and pediatric dentistry.

It is important for us that our customers feel satisfied after a visit, and therefore we place great emphasis on service and reception. If you are at the beginning of your career, you will receive good support from your new colleagues. Additionally, we provide you with a good start to your new career as you will go through Folktandvården's comprehensive introductory program, which combines theory with practical work.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone with a dental assistant degree. We see that you are a person who takes responsibility for your tasks and can independently structure an approach to complete the process. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working with others, as well as being able to solve tasks in a detailed manner in a group. The work requires you to be attentive and communicate well with both colleagues and patients. You are also calm, solution-oriented, and accommodating, with an interest in helping others.

About Us

Folktandvården Värmland is part of Region Värmland and has 17 general dental clinics, distributed across 24 different units – from Sysslebäck in the north to Säffle in the southwest. Additionally, there are clinics in all specialist areas that treat patients on referral. We are a forward-looking organization with quality and competence in focus. Approximately 560 people work with us, collectively having a long and broad experience of working for better dental and oral health.
