District Nurse/Nurse at Hässelby Health Center

We are looking for someone interested in balancing independent work with teamwork in a cheerful and wonderful group.

At the health center, we have a total of over 20 district nurses/nurses who, together with doctors, nursing assistants, foot care specialists, social workers, psychologists, and secretaries, run a number of nurse-led clinics and home care.

The health center is characterized by a good atmosphere, well-functioning routines, and competent and engaged employees. As an employee, and if interested, there are opportunities to engage in student supervision, develop a special area, or work on various projects.

Our pleasant health center is centrally located at Hässelby Torg, close to the subway. We have about 18,000 registered patients, of which about 280 are enrolled in home care. Job Responsibilities:

The work is varied with diverse tasks. You will work in a well-functioning team with telephone advice and reception in close collaboration with other employees in nice and spacious premises. We document in Take Care and use the telephone system TeleQ.

Qualifications:

Licensed nurse/district nurse. Experience from primary care is an advantage.

Personal Qualities:

Must not be afraid of changes, appreciate friendly colleagues, and have fun at work. You must be able to work independently and take responsibility but also be easy to collaborate with. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Employment Type:

Permanent employment. Monday - Friday, full-time or possibly part-time. We apply flexible working hours. A probationary period may be applied. Start date according to agreement.

  • background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to current guidelines.
  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
  • in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
