We provide care and service to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a safe service, tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with contact person assignments and to meet the needs and routines of our customers, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and systematically work with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve.

Today, the company has over 900 employees, including nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners. We have special expertise in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin word Legio, which means “chosen personnel” – it is based on this motto that we operate: we know that we provide the best service when we also have the best and most dedicated staff!

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, and it is very important that you respect our customers and provide the absolute best service.

Previous experience in home care is an advantage but not a requirement.

A driver's license is a requirement.

It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
