The Service Center is a department within the Shared Service Center area. In the Service Center, we receive error reports, orders, and provide support and mediation of cases within IT, healthcare and administrative systems, property issues, telephony, cleaning, and transport. Employees and municipal staff also come to us to have their e-service cards issued.

The department consists of the First Line and e-service card group, IT and telephony support, and System support. As an employee in the First Line and e-service card group, you will play an important role in interacting with our customers via phone. A common trait among us is our very high service spirit. Temporary Position at the Service Center Focused on First Line Support

Job Responsibilities

With us, you will work in the first line team and together with your colleagues ensure that the function operates optimally. This means you will work both individually and in groups. The work primarily involves assisting our customers via phone, email, and self-service.

Your work will include, among other things:

  • Receiving error reports, orders, and inquiries regarding all types of cases handled by the Service Center
  • Analyzing incoming questions, solving them or escalating to second line support or another executing unit.
  • Collaborating with your colleagues to resolve incoming cases. Documenting, following up, and providing feedback.
  • Working with other employees, group leaders, and department heads to continuously develop and improve operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and at least one year of work experience in customer service or support operations.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you have a strong drive, a solution-oriented focus, a desire to develop, and a strong sense of service. You enjoy having customer contact and working in a fast-paced environment.

All employees in the Service Center participate in an ongoing coaching program that takes place both in groups and individually.
