About the Position
The role of support technician at Tietoevry primarily involves providing support to one of Tietoevry's largest customers. The role is dynamic and varied, as you are expected to provide support in areas such as Office 365, MS Office, Windows, Windows Server, networks, firewalls, WiFi, security, backup, Active Directory, and Mac.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality support via phone, email, and chat for end-users at the customer.
- Deliver solutions to issues related to technical questions or problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using remote control and automation tools.
- Participate in improvement processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Qualifications and Attributes
We are looking for someone who has a knack for providing quality service. To fit well in the role, we see that you have an approach characterized by a high degree of customer focus and service. Furthermore, you are focused on achieving results and developing over time. Setting goals and working towards them, individually and in teams, feels natural to you. You are a person who works well in a group and maintains a high standard of honesty and consistency in your actions. Like others in the team, you are expected to be flexible and open to development as you will take on a varying number of different cases. You are communicative, cooperative, and spread positive energy. You have the ability to identify problems and find solutions to them.
Additionally, we would like you to:
- Have at least one year of experience in either technical support or customer service.
- Demonstrate strong motivation and interest in developing within IT and working with larger clients.
- Be able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English.
