Are you an engaged leader with experience in IT service management and a passion for creating structure and delivering high-quality results? We are looking for a driven Incident & Change Manager who also wants to take on the responsibility of Delivery Manager and lead the ITIL work forward in the organization!
Who are we?
Norrköping Municipality has high ambitions regarding digitalization and strives to find effective, innovative digital solutions for everyone who lives, works, and visits Norrköping. We have embarked on a transformation journey where we are modernizing our core infrastructure, focusing more on security architecture, and transitioning from on-premise to a hybrid infrastructure and cloud services to a greater extent.
The Department of Digitalization and IT has over 95 employees working broadly within IT and business development using technology. We lead, govern, and support the municipality's IT and digitalization. The department has 5 units and is responsible for everything from operations, development, infrastructure, asset management, and support to architecture, IT and information security, e-services, and system development in agile development teams.
We are now looking for an Incident & Change Manager who will also take on the responsibility of Delivery Manager and drive the ITIL work forward in the organization.
Your Responsibilities
As an Incident & Change Manager, you play a key role in ensuring stability and efficiency in our IT services. You are responsible for ensuring that incidents are handled quickly and effectively, planning and coordinating changes in the IT environment, and driving the work to identify root causes of recurring problems to create long-term solutions. Documentation and communication of lessons learned to relevant stakeholders is an important part of the job.
In the role of Delivery Manager, you lead and coordinate delivery activities to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded. You play a central role in driving and developing the organization's ITIL processes and supporting proactive and efficient IT delivery.
Furthermore, you analyze key metrics, report to stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement. You serve as an important communication bridge between technical teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
Who are you?
To thrive and succeed in this role, you have previous experience in Incident Management and Change Management, as well as working as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role. You have a good understanding of ITIL and experience in implementing and developing ITIL processes.
You are analytical and have experience working with KPIs and reporting. With your excellent communication and collaboration skills, you can create structure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Relevant education in IT or equivalent work experience is a requirement.
As a person, you are structured, results-oriented, and committed to creating high-quality IT services. You thrive in an environment where you can contribute to driving the organization forward.
