Who are you?

Nexer in Linköping is now looking to strengthen the team with experienced Python developers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 4 years of experience in Python development and writes clean, testable, and scalable code.
• Has knowledge of test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD, and experience with at least one Python framework, such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Has a good understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs and experience with database management, preferably in PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Has experience or interest in AI and machine learning, such as LLM pre-training and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Has knowledge of container technology, such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Is familiar with programming languages like Go, Rust, Python, and JavaScript.

For this role, it is advantageous to have a master's degree in computer science, engineering physics, computer engineering, statistics, machine learning, or a related field.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is a requirement.

Today, we are about 20 consultants with a wide mix of competencies such as software development, project management, requirements analysis, and testing. Assignments are available with our clients operating in both the public and private sectors. Many of our private sector clients are building tomorrow's products and are in automotive, defense industry, and automated industry. As a consultant, you will work either on-site with the client, in Nexer's own premises, or from home, often in a hybrid combination. You will work independently on the assignment or be part of a team with several colleagues from Nexer.
