About the Job

The work involves handling executive sales of properties and condominiums. This work includes many internal and external contacts with colleagues, parties, bidders, and appraisers, among others. Your tasks include planning auctions, creating advertisements, and following the progress of cases. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues. You share a common responsibility for the section's tasks and strive towards the authority's goals. As you learn the sales process, there is an opportunity to further develop and independently handle cases and make certain decisions with delegation.

The cases you handle require legal security, speed, and efficiency while maintaining quality. You are part of a section that collectively takes responsibility for results, planning, and work distribution.

You will undergo internal training where practice is combined with theory, and you will also have a mentor to support you. The training includes, among other things, law, customer interaction, and conversation techniques.

Everyone working at the Enforcement Authority contributes to the fight against crime. Your tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at criminal activity and informing other authorities about suspected crimes. As an administrator, for example, you can alert other authorities that a person is receiving benefits on incorrect grounds. This can result in you helping to stop incorrect payments from the welfare system.

The work location is Gothenburg.

You work result-oriented, demonstrate decisiveness, and focus on what needs to be achieved. You are stable and trustworthy in meetings with people in vulnerable situations. You communicate easily and are pedagogical in your interactions with customers. You have an analytical ability that allows you to see connections and find the most effective solution. You adapt to circumstances and the changes that occur.

Your Qualifications:

  • a university degree with at least 90 credits in either economics, law, or social sciences
  • one year of work experience in administrative work, such as review, assessment, and decision-making in economics or law in the last three years
  • good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
  • have a driving license for a car with a manual transmission.

About Us

The Enforcement Authority is a government agency with an important mission. We work closely with people in vulnerable situations. We assist those who have not been paid and guide those who need to pay. We provide citizens and businesses with information and good service so that they can make long-term and sustainable decisions. This requires knowledge, decisiveness, care, and courage. We contribute to a well-functioning society for the public and businesses – a society where debts and other claims are established and collected in a legally secure manner.

With us, you can expect challenging tasks that are also developing for you. When you leave work at the end of the day, you can be sure that you have done something that truly counts – both for others and for yourself.

Good to Know

The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an administrator. The Enforcement Authority offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer.

Working in the government means that you follow the government value framework. There are also specific requirements for judgment, security awareness, and compliance with applicable laws. We ask questions during the interview about any previous criminal activity and shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also posed to references. We also collect information about debts registered with the Enforcement Authority, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. The information obtained is considered in the overall assessment of your suitability for the position.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
