A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine being a key player in a dynamic project team responsible for the electrical design of modernization and upgrade projects for steam and gas turbines. You will work on replacing existing control systems and creating detailed drawings in our CAD systems, AutoCAD and Comos. By preparing documentation for the dismantling and installation of new systems, you will ensure that projects are delivered with high quality, within timelines and budget. You will also have the opportunity to travel to facilities to provide technical support during installation, allowing you to truly make a difference.

How You Will Make an Impact

• You will lead the electrical design in the project team and ensure high quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• You will be responsible for preparing documentation for the replacement of control systems and updating drawings in AutoCAD and Comos.
• You will prepare documentation describing the dismantling of old systems and the installation of new ones.
• You will participate in customer meetings and document key decisions and progress.
• You will travel to facilities to provide technical support during installation work.

What You Bring

• You have solid experience in electrical design, particularly in control equipment.
• You have good experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, El-Master, E-Plan, and Comos.
• You have the ability to handle international contacts professionally and are open to working in a global environment.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• You are structured, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering results.

About the Team

You will become part of the electrical design office consisting of 10 skilled designers. Together, you will work within Mods&Ups in the service division at Siemens Energy AB in Finspång. The team is committed to delivering high-quality solutions for the modernization and upgrading of energy systems, striving to create sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions.

Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines gathered under one roof, along with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced carbon footprint.
