About the Position

You will start as a consultant with us at Montico for four months, with a clear plan to then be employed directly by Motala Verkstad and become part of their team in the long term.

Location: Motala
Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: Daytime, Monday – Friday
Start Date: As agreed – preferably as soon as possible!

Job Description

As a production engineer at Motala Verkstad, you will play an important role in driving and developing their production. You will work with both technology and people and be part of a team where everyone helps to find the best solutions.

Your main tasks:

• Work on streamlining production and developing our processes.
• Program and optimize measuring machines to ensure the highest possible precision.
• CNC programming in Mastercam
• Prepare in the business system Monitor
• Quality and sustainability – Ensure that you work smart and resource-efficiently, both in terms of materials and energy.

We are looking for someone who

Is curious, analytical, and enjoys solving problems. You are a team player who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and be part of exciting technical development.

We would like you to have:

• A technical education in production engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar.
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry – or a strong interest in learning more!
• Experience in programming and reprogramming measuring machines.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing in the business system Monitor.
• Experience with Mastercam and CNC programming.
• The ability to read and interpret drawings.
