About the role of Field Sales Representative… 

with us, you will cover the Greater Gothenburg area and build your customer base by creating strong relationships. You meet customers where they are, understand their needs, and help them find the best solutions. We are looking for someone who already knows the construction industry and understands what it takes to drive sales. Here, we work as a team, and you have an engaged inside sales team backing you up with administration – so you can focus on what you do best: creating relationships and closing deals! 

Some of your main responsibilities: 

  • Drive sales and business development by identifying and approaching new customers. 

  • Develop and strengthen collaboration with existing customers for long-term business. 

  • Be an advisory partner in building materials and fastening, both in the office and on construction sites. 

  • Be responsible for quotation work, order management, and business follow-up. 

  • Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to find the best solutions for our customers. 

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative who… 

  • Has experience in sales, within the construction industry 

  • Has solid knowledge of building materials and construction processes. 

  • Has experience working with quotation writing and structured follow-up of business deals. 

  • Thrives in a high-activity and social role, where you build long-term relationships with customers. 

  • Is a sales-driven, social, and proactive person who is passionate about creating and developing business. 

  • Has a valid driver's license and is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
