Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a consultant for our client's second line support where you will work on resolving users' issues and orders using phone and remote control tools. You will have access to a knowledge database where solutions are documented. You will be part of a team of 20+ people. Working hours are weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00, excluding weekends. You will be part of our client's team in Stockholm, which also includes VIP support.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience in the role of Second Line Support for end-users.
• You have experience in systematic troubleshooting.
• You have experience working with ticketing systems.
• You have experience in a Microsoft environment.
• You have experience with Active Directory.
• You have basic knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, SCCM, databases, and ITIL.
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Start Date and Application

Full-time, office hours 07:00-18:00. Our client wishes to start immediately, and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-12-31 with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant for our exciting client in Stockholm. We review applications continuously, and in the consulting world, processes often move quickly.
