About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in our future development and have overall responsibility for further developing and positioning the product area Gates & Guidance in the global market. You will analyze and anticipate customer and market needs, ensuring that our products are competitive, profitable, and drive development forward.

The role is broad and requires a holistic perspective where you combine strategic marketing communication, product innovation, and pricing strategies with continuous product evaluation. You will also be involved in the technical development (hardware/software) to ensure that our products align with future needs.

In close collaboration with the sales department, R&D, production, purchasing, suppliers, and external partners on a global level, you will create conditions for a strong market position. The role involves many cross-functional interfaces and international travel may occur. You will report to the Manager - Product Management Retail Tech, and the position is based at our headquarters in Jönköping with the possibility of hybrid work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in product management, technical sales, project management, or similar. You have worked with product strategy, product lifecycle management, and launching new products. Experience in electronics, mechanics, connected products, or software is a significant advantage. If you have also worked in an international environment where you have built strong relationships and successfully managed various stakeholders' needs, we consider it a merit. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and a B driver's license is required.

To succeed in this role, you have a strong business and customer focus and thrive in an international environment with many interfaces. Your drive and commitment allow you to take full ownership of your product area, while your curiosity drives you to explore new technologies and market trends. You have analytical skills and a good understanding of what creates profitability in a product.
