Rasta Värnamo is a restaurant and hotel that is part of Rasta Sverige AB, which operates 30 roadside restaurants in Sweden. Rasta aims to be the go-to stop along the roads, where we have a restaurant and hotel in Värnamo. Rasta Värnamo primarily serves traditional Swedish cuisine, a la carte, and coffee breaks. Rasta Värnamo is open every day from 06:00 to 22:00, which includes both morning and evening shifts.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a restaurant assistant who is passionate about the restaurant industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

The job involves a lot of contact with people, so social skills are important. You are quality-conscious, organized, and like to keep your surroundings clean and tidy.

The work includes plating food at the cash register, light food preparation, dishwashing, and checking in and out hotel guests, etc.

Being meticulous, responsible, willing to work, and a cheerful colleague who always puts the guest and work in focus is a given for us.

If you also have experience in similar work, it is an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

• To be eligible for the serving position, you must be at least 20 years old.
• Service-oriented attitude – Ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stress resilience & flexibility – The restaurant environment can be hectic, especially during peak times.

Working Hours and Benefits

Employment type: Permanent Employment rate: 80-100% Working hours: Varied hours, including weekends and evenings. Salary: According to collective agreement. Start date: By agreement.
