Bar Manager at Idlewild Brewery Pub

Since 2016, we have been brewing our own beer and running a cozy pub & restaurant in the Tändsticksområdet area of Jönköping. Our brewery pub is a popular gathering place where guests enjoy craft beer and a flavorful pub menu. While the beer is in the spotlight, we also offer other drinks for a complete experience.

As the bar manager at Idlewild Brewery Pub, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the bar runs smoothly – both behind the scenes and out among the guests. You will be part of the daily operations, work in the bar, and ensure that every guest has a fantastic experience.

Your responsibilities:

✔ Lead the team – Staff responsibility, scheduling, and recruitment.

✔ Maintain high standards – Responsible for service level, drink experience, and great atmosphere.

✔ Orders and finances – Ongoing orders and purchases for the bar, inventory, pricing, drink selection, and budget.

✔ Create order and flow – Routines and efficient workflow.

✔ Plan and execute events – Responsible for tastings, theme nights, and other fun activities that make Idlewild a vibrant meeting place.

We are looking for someone who enjoys service, solving problems, and keeping order even when the pace is high. You are flexible, stress-resistant, and jump in where needed. With your energy and commitment, you motivate the team and create a wonderful work environment.

Working hours follow the restaurant's opening hours, which means you will work during the day, evenings, and weekends.
