We are now looking for you to join our kitchen team at Hestraviken this summer – with the possibility of a permanent position for the right person.

About the role

As a chef with us, you will work both independently and alongside experienced colleagues in a kitchen where quality and flavors are the focus. The tasks vary – from traditional dishes and buffets to à la carte and festive dinners. Here you will have the opportunity to develop in an inspiring work environment with a high tempo, pride, and camaraderie.

About us

Hestraviken is a family-owned hotel located in a picturesque setting by Isaberg in Småland. We have recently expanded with more hotel rooms and a new, exclusive spa. Here we work – a wonderful team of about 45 employees – together to create genuine experiences and satisfied guests.

The hotel features 49 uniquely decorated rooms and suites, a popular pool area, and a kitchen recommended by the White Guide. In our newly opened spa area, there are three warm outdoor pools, a sauna, treatment rooms, and a magical view of the Nissan river flowing just outside.

The area offers plenty of activities year-round – mountain biking, paddling, hiking, golf, skiing, fishing, and much more.

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a good eye for detail. You enjoy having order around you and have a genuine passion for cooking. With us, you will have the chance to work in an environment where creativity, quality, and a spirit of service are at the center.
