Who are we? 

Carotte Staff is Sweden's fastest-growing staffing and recruitment company in the hospitality industry. We specialize in roles within the service industry and hospitality with a focus on staff in catering, events, conferences, and reception.

Our parent company Carotte has over 40 years of experience in working with service, and over the years we have become experts in recruiting and training staff who always go the extra mile. Today, we consist of three companies: Food & Event, Housekeeping, and Staff, with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Jönköping. Together, we take a holistic approach to everything related to food, meetings, and service.

Carotte x Werket

Carotte came to Jönköping in the spring of 2023 and partnered with Castellum to create a unique food and service experience in the impressive building Werket. Werket is a meeting place of 21,000 sqm for businesses and residents in Jönköping. Here you will find new offices, a restaurant in the large atrium, conference facilities, and coworking.

About the position

We are looking for flexible, driven, and outgoing staff who want to work with us at our restaurant at Werket, assist at conferences, and other fun events and gatherings in the building, as well as various catering assignments. In addition, we are currently establishing our customer base in Jönköping and will staff many events, banquets, restaurants, and more in the future.

At Carotte, we work together with a wide portfolio of clients, ranging from large conference facilities and hotel chains to modern office hotels, restaurants, and event companies.

What can a workday look like?

You will be part of our cheerful Carotte stars. Your tasks may include everything from grand corporate parties, welcoming guests, taking table orders, catering assignments, serving food and drinks, and most importantly: delivering personal service.

Working hours vary depending on client requests. We see that you have another main occupation and want to have a fun part-time job. We do not set any requirements on how much you must work, but we would prefer that you work somewhat continuously.

Who do we think you are? 

You are cheerful, outgoing, have the ability to deliver service beyond the ordinary, and perform your work with humility and a good mood. As a Carotte star, you are responsible, engaged, and adaptable to new situations. If you can also handle a fast-paced work environment and have good teamwork skills, you are definitely the right person. We naturally expect you to be professional and personable in your interactions with guests and colleagues and that you have previous experience working in catering. At Carotte Academy, we train staff in the hospitality and service industry through a free multi-step training program. In the introductory training, you will receive the theoretical and practical foundational knowledge required to work in service at Carotte Staff.
