Here at Rasta Eksjö, we have a restaurant focused on Swedish home cooking, a hotel, and a well-stocked traffic shop operated under the PREEM brand.

Job Description

We are now looking for someone who loves service, has good leadership skills, is driven in what they do, and wants to work in a developing company. The tasks include administrative, financial, and personnel responsibilities, as well as being involved in the daily operations of the restaurant. As the restaurant manager, you will run the business together with the site manager. You value cleanliness and routines in your work and have an eye for details that allow us to exceed guest expectations. Evening work occurs, and you will work every other weekend. You will help lead and distribute tasks in the restaurant and hotel. The position involves close contact with staff and guests, which requires good knowledge of the Swedish language.

• At least 20 years old – To be able to be responsible for serving, you must be at least 20 years old.
• Service-oriented attitude – Ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stress resilience & flexibility – The restaurant environment can be hectic, especially during rush hours.
• Basic cash handling experience – Experience with cash systems and payment handling is an advantage.
• Previous restaurant experience – Experience in restaurants and fast food is a significant advantage.
