Your Role

As a production manager, you will lead, plan, and direct the work in the department. You have overall responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and team development. You will help develop and improve both our production processes and our personnel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop our employees
• Plan ongoing production and production flow
• Drive and follow up improvement work
• Collaborate with other production management and production technology
• Work with product development and design in the development of materials and products
• Be responsible for the department's budget

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, helping individuals grow, and who leads their employees with great will and commitment to achieve expected results. Developing and improving operations by creating participation and motivation is natural for you. You are easy to collaborate with and possess good leadership qualities.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have prior experience in a managerial role. As a leader, you are clear, engaged, and keen on continuously developing the operations and your employees. You should be structured, stress-resistant, communicative, and have good collaborative skills.

You have:
