With roots in the Nordics and a heart close to steel, we have been refining roof and facade products from thin sheet metal since 1967. We are driven by the same thought now as then: to create sustainable buildings. Today, we are a leading brand in Scandinavia within thin sheet metal products for the construction market. We develop and produce roofs, drainage systems, facade profiles, and accessories that increase the lifespan and value of your property. Our products are made from steel and aluminum and are specifically developed for the Nordics. This means high quality that withstands our tough climate as well as a timeless aesthetic and colors that are close to nature and Nordic tradition.

At Plannja, we continuously work to improve our operations and manufacturing processes from a sustainability perspective. Our ambition is to be a pioneer in sustainability for the construction industry. Together with our customers, we contribute to creating a fossil-free value chain throughout a building's entire lifecycle. Our products are available at metal wholesalers and in building supplies stores, and are delivered to customers in collaboration with several house manufacturers.

Focus in Your Role

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that operations run optimally. You ensure that the right person is in the right place, that production runs according to plan, and that our high safety standards are met. You are a natural leader who creates engagement and ensures that the team has the best conditions for success.

Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring that production is efficient and meets set goals.
• Planning and distributing tasks and managing personnel changes as needed.
• Being responsible for the work environment, safety, and ergonomics in the department.
• Driving improvement work and optimizing processes to increase productivity.
• Leading staff meetings, development conversations, and competency development plans.
• Participating in recruitment and salary discussions.
• Ensuring that machines and equipment function optimally by coordinating maintenance and repairs.
• Participating in budget work and ensuring that production stays within budget limits.

If we could wish, you have:

• A high school education, preferably with a technical focus.
• A couple of years of experience in production work, preferably in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of labor law, work environment, and production reporting.
• Experience in leading and motivating employees.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
