Then you might be the automation engineer we are looking for. We at Saft want to strengthen our team with a new member in automation. As an automation engineer, you are expected to have good knowledge in automation and programming, as well as some robotics knowledge and electrical design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple parallel industrial automation projects involving machinery, robotics, and process equipment
  • Drive our automation processes forward by challenging technology and finding new exciting and innovative solutions that contribute to cost-effectiveness in our production process
  • Act as an expert and knowledge bearer in automation and actively follow developments in the field
  • Be responsible for projects with varying timelines from a few months to a couple of years, as a project manager you will have budget responsibility for investment costs and plan project timelines
  • Support our daily operations through various assignments and issues

  • Express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and our corporate language English

We see that you have further education in a relevant technical field and preferably have a few years of work experience leading/participating in projects involving special machinery/robot cells/process equipment.

The location is Oskarshamn. A B driver's license is a requirement.
