Concept Manager for 7-Eleven

You will be part of the Marketing & Purchasing department, where you have several colleagues to collaborate with. You will report to our Concept Manager, and together you will work to create inspiring, effective, and customer-focused store environments.

Responsibilities and Tasks of the Concept Manager

• Main responsible for 7-Eleven's store concept and ongoing development based on desired customer experience and cost-effectiveness.
• Partly responsible for harmonizing the concept with other countries.
• Responsible for customer flow and space optimization of the store.
• Responsible for concept manuals and interior manuals and inventory of furnishings.
• Participates in projects to build the future of convenience.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in economics or marketing.
• At least five years of work experience.
• Experience in store and concept development, project management.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good experience in data-driven and analytical work.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in merchandising.

Additional Information

• The position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period.
• We are located in Kungsholmen in modern premises, at the Stadshagen stop.
