JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone with a positive, curious, and inspiring approach, where children and their needs are in focus. You meet everyone with care, kindness, and respect based on the preschool's core values. You gain energy from contributing to others' learning and create conditions for learning to take place. You help create good learning environments and support the work of developing pedagogical processes where teaching becomes visible. You are solution-focused, see opportunities, and have the best interests of the preschool in mind. We would like you to contribute to development and renewal both in your work team and at our preschool, as well as work towards a sense of community throughout our preschool.

As a preschool teacher, you will work with your team and colleagues to organize and create good conditions for teaching, children's development, and learning in pedagogical work. We base our goals for the children's group on their needs in our systematic quality work. The goal is achieved with the children's interests as the driving force. Through systematic quality work, you create conditions for all children to play, learn, and develop. We use a development plan as a basis for our systematic quality work and Vklass as a communication tool for our guardians.

In your work with us, you will have access to various digital tools, work clothes for outdoor activities, wellness compensation, and pedagogical meals. We continuously work on professional development and collegial learning both in cross-groups and within your own work team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a completed preschool teacher education.

You have the ability to create good relationships with everyone you meet.

You contribute to creating calm and security in the children's group, spreading warmth and joy to your surroundings.

You have good pedagogical skills and an approach based on the preschool's core values.

You have the ability to organize, structure, see opportunities, and create conditions in your work team and at the preschool.

You see development and collaboration as important parts of maintaining and developing good quality in preschool.

You have an interest in developing the pedagogical activities based on a view of knowledge where you see children as competent.

You follow the children's learning processes and ensure that you offer children a rich and developing environment.

You master the systematic quality work and have the ability to analyze, reflect, and plan to develop teaching.
