We are looking for a Supply Planner for ICA Varuflöde Special

ICA Varuflöde Special, part of the ICA Group, is responsible for the supply of Non-Food products to over 1300 stores in Sweden. Non-Food/Special products include items such as kitchen products, cleaning supplies, toys, clothing, and seasonal goods. We are now seeking an experienced Supply Planner for approximately 1 year of temporary employment.

About the role: As a Supply Planner, you will work in a team and be responsible for the supply chain from supplier to store. You will ensure that the right product is ordered at the right time and in the right quantity, using the business system RELEX to manage the flow of both ongoing assortments and seasonal products. A key part of the role is to be proactive, analytical, meticulous, and communicative. Responsibilities:

• Supply chain management from supplier to store, including order placement, monitoring, supplier dialogue, and restocking.
• Responsibility for supply management for our fully integrated operation ICA Maxi Special and purchasing for wholesale catering to the remaining stores.
• Work in our business system RELEX according to established work processes.
• Close collaboration with adjacent departments to create efficient flows.

Education level:

• University degree in logistics or equivalent work experience.

Meritorious:

• Operational purchasing.
• Store experience.
• Experience in retail.
• Experience working in RELEX.
