Responsibilities

• Develop station layout and instructions to secure safety and standardized work (OIS/WES).
• Organize materials and tools at the station to optimize efficiency.
• Analyze data from the station and line area - provide results and recommend improvements to Production engineers.
• Participate in 2nd line problem solving.
• Support Shift manager to organize continuous improvement activities.
• Train Team leaders and operators in the workstation for new and changed products or processes.

Requirements

Formal competences

• Technical high school or vocational education (YH or similar).
• English (Eng5 or equivalent).
• Experience from industrial operations.
• Knowledge in manufacturing processes.
• Problem-solving methods & tools.
• Good technical knowledge about manufacturing processes.

Personal competences

• Structured, organized, and meticulous.
• Execution-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under hard time pressure.
• Service-minded.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
