The Lighting Business Area is a leader in Sweden in terms of knowledge in the lighting field. We deliver energy-efficient comprehensive solutions to our customers. Our customers include the Swedish Transport Administration, municipalities, construction companies, and the industrial and infrastructure sectors. Examples of areas where we work include road lighting, building lighting, bridges, trees, and monuments. The Lighting Department South is now looking for our next project manager who is driven by working closely with customers and building long-term relationships. As a project manager, you are responsible for planning and executing projects under existing DoU agreements as well as new agreements that we win in procurements. Your main customers will be the Swedish Transport Administration in Halland and various municipalities.

You will be involved in the entire process from bid calculation to contract signing and then drive the agreements. You will work together with technicians and subcontractors who perform planned maintenance work, rectify faults, and build new lighting installations. You will be responsible for upselling to existing customers and participate in efforts to approach new customers. We are convinced that the most important quality for success as a project manager is your drive for business and achieving set goals.

Your main tasks:

• Lead and distribute work in your projects
• Be responsible for the finances of the projects
• Manage contacts with customers, clients, and subcontractors
• Compile offers and participate in bids
• Procurement of contractors, services, and materials
• Financial and technical follow-up during project analysis
• Ensure that our market-leading environmental and occupational health and safety routines are followed

Requirements

We know that you will develop with us. But we would like you to already have:

• Experience in project management and project economics within the electrical industry. Experience in public lighting is an advantage.
• A completed secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical engineering.
• A valid driver's license (B), as day trips may occur in the job.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills.

Experience in contract law, basic occupational safety training, training in BAS U/P, Work on the Road, and ESA is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on your personal competencies. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, driven, and passionate about customer care and new business. You are attentive and have an easy time collaborating. To succeed in the role, you need to have a results-oriented and businesslike approach. Since you will work process-oriented in various data and case management systems, you also need to have structural and administrative skills.
