Job Description

Are you an experienced mechanical engineer with strong knowledge of CREO? Do you enjoy being challenged at work, working in a safe environment, and collaborating with a great team? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We want to expand our mechanics team at Lindholmen in Gothenburg with several engineers who will work in the areas of engine, driveline, and/or chassis development. As a designer at AFRY, you will primarily work on developing complex technical solutions. In addition, the role includes prototype development, testing of components and systems, reviewing and releasing technical documentation, and working in cross-functional teams.

We hope you have a strong technical interest where function outweighs form. Previous experience in engine, driveline, and/or chassis development is a significant plus. In the role of a consultant, good communication, attentiveness, and being accommodating to the client's wishes are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in mechanical engineering (YH, bachelor's or master's)
• Very good knowledge of CREO
• At least 3 years of documented experience in design
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Experience in engine, driveline, and/or chassis development is a merit
• Experience with castings is a merit
• As a person, you are curious, ambitious, and have a strong interest in technology and problem-solving. You appreciate variety, challenges, and want to contribute to a good team spirit.
