JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you our new colleague? Do you want to be part of the work to develop and run our fantastic preschool?

Öxabäck is a preschool with three departments. We work based on the children's needs and interests and have the pedagogy of slowness as our foundation. It is important to us that both children and educators have the opportunity to succeed. The preschool is centrally located in Öxabäck and shares premises with the school. We are close to nature, which provides more opportunities to use outdoor pedagogy as a learning environment.

At the preschool, we place great importance on good relationships and collaboratively design an education based on the child's needs and interests. At Öxabäck preschool, we work with clear learning environments that should be inspiring, lively, and changeable. We work to divide the children into smaller groups to create conditions to stimulate each child's learning and development.

We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, driven, and wants to help develop our preschool. It is essential that you have the ability for good communication and collaboration. Likewise, you should have a positive, curious, and inspiring approach, where the child is in focus. You treat everyone with care, kindness, and respect based on the preschool's values.
