Senior .NET Developer

Responsibilities

In the role of Senior .NET Developer, you will develop and maintain high-performance backend services and implement both synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integrations and drive innovation in system architecture and performance optimization. The work also involves troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing system performance. To ensure high code quality, you will actively work with testing, code reviews, and best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for continuously improving the system's scalability, security, and reliability.

The position is located in Borås, where you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver systems that create real business value.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software development, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of development experience, with at least four years in .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience working with Azure cloud services and deploying scalable applications.
• The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management.
• Experience optimizing system performance and ensuring high availability.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps principles.
• Fluent English and good Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Preferred qualifications:

• Interest or experience in frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, or similar frameworks).
• Experience working with performance optimization and high availability in larger systems.
• Experience with security aspects of software development.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Previous work with cloud-based data and AI services within Azure.
