Experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant Wanted

A consulting team focused on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 consultant with expertise in SharePoint and Azure. Responsibilities

In this role, you will work on consulting assignments where you collaborate with both customers and partners to develop and optimize solutions within Microsoft 365. The focus is on creating effective and tailored features and services that improve workflows and processes. A central part of the work involves developing and customizing SharePoint solutions based on the specific needs of customers, which can include everything from building modern intranets to creating advanced document management systems and automated workflows. You will also be responsible for migrations, customizations, support, and training within Microsoft 365, ensuring a smooth transition and that users receive the knowledge they need to utilize the platform effectively.

In addition to this, a strategic responsibility is included where you work to identify and implement technical solutions that strengthen the long-term efficiency of the organization. This may involve analyzing and improving existing processes, suggesting new technical tools, or optimizing the use of SharePoint, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 services. An important part of the role is also to contribute to knowledge sharing and support colleagues. By sharing your expertise and experience, you help the team grow, while also having the opportunity to develop through collaboration and exchange of ideas.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To fit the role, the following is required:

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure, with a focus on development and administration.
• Deep technical understanding of SharePoint development and Power Platform (Power BI).
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or other tools to streamline the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Knowledge of cloud migration and experience in moving data and systems to Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work independently, drive projects, and manage customer dialogues.
• A humble attitude and a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Relevant higher education and certifications – For example, in IT, system science, or Microsoft certifications.
