Helpdesk Consultant for Public Sector Assignments

About the Role

In this position, the following tasks may occur,

- ensure that IT equipment is functioning

- provide service support to users via phone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software

- administer IT environments (e.g., user accounts, permissions, and print queues)

- instruct users on how to work with various programs

Qualifications

To be considered, you must meet the following requirements,

- a university degree in IT (for example, a Bachelor of Engineering with a focus on IT) or another equivalent IT education and at least two (2) years of work experience in similar roles

- alternatively, high school or equivalent knowledge and three (3) years of work experience in similar roles

- good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security

- basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

- good knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow)

- good knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)

- able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
