As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team of three responsible for ensuring the IT environment runs smoothly during a comprehensive audit stop. This is an assignment where your contribution makes a real difference; you will work closely with users and handle a mix of technology, problem-solving, and practical tasks.

Your tasks:

• Provide on-site support to users regarding Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, printers, telephony, and PC installations

• Coordinate and lead activities related to IT support in the area

• Participate in planning and meetings, follow up on deviations, and contribute to improvements

• Receive suppliers, manage the relocation of IT equipment, etc.

• Work systematically based on established routines and goals

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience as an IT technician in a Windows/AD environment

• Good experience in providing user support within Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)

• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written

• Access to a driver's license (B)
