Delivery Manager at Nordlo in Gothenburg

About the Position

We need to strengthen our operations with a delivery manager for one of our teams based in Gothenburg. The team consists of about 10-15 people who work together on comprehensive deliveries of IT infrastructure to a couple of our key customers in the Gothenburg area.

We believe that proximity to our customers' operations and an understanding of their everyday life is the foundation for delivering a high level of service, continuity, and being responsive to what our customers actually need. That’s why we work in customer teams, where you as a delivery manager work alongside a team of IT technicians dedicated to a couple of our customers.

As a delivery manager, you are responsible for ensuring that your team is well-functioning and has the conditions to succeed. Together with the team’s business manager, you drive the business and customer relationship with a focus on improvement and efficiency. You will be a leader in the team and will be responsible for following up on the outcomes of the team’s work in terms of time, quality, and customer experience. The position includes personnel responsibility for the employees in your team, and through flexible leadership, you provide security and have the ability to inspire, develop, and coach the team’s employees to success.

As a delivery manager, your responsibilities include:

Ensuring that the delivery team is balanced in terms of resources and competencies
Coaching and motivating the delivery team so that everyone contributes and feels they are developing
Ensuring that communication and competency/resource exchange between delivery teams functions
Ensuring that daily work aligns with the customer’s and Nordlo’s goals
Maintaining and developing a good customer relationship, as well as driving proactive efforts to help the customer achieve their business goals
Being a role model and contributing to Nordlo’s positive work environment
Ensuring that internal routines and processes are followed and developed
Conducting development and salary conversations as part of the personnel responsibility for team members

About You

You who apply have several years of experience in a position with responsibility for business decisions and delivery to customers, along with a good ability to manage and develop relationships both with customers and within your own organization. You have a good understanding of technical infrastructure and IT services as well as outsourcing agreements. Furthermore, we see that you:

Have previous experience in leadership roles and personnel responsibility, as well as flexible leadership adapted to different individuals
Are easy to communicate with and make decisions
Are structured, positive, proactive, and enjoy working in a team
