At Nexer, you will work on assignments for our clients in various industries around the Gothenburg area. We have a broad client base across different sectors. In your role as a project manager, you have a background in managing IT projects. You will be responsible for one or more projects, sub-projects, or programs. Often, you will be involved from the project start and lead the work from project definition to final delivery. What characterizes our assignments is helping the client move forward in their digital journey.

You have at least 4 years of experience in project management, both small and large IT projects, and have worked independently as well as in teams. You have had overall responsibility for projects, from start to finish, and are a reliable partner in the client's IT transformation. Additionally, you are accustomed to communicating with steering and management groups, third-party suppliers, and technical teams. You also have experience with both traditional project methodologies and agile methods.

At the base, we see that you have a relevant university degree, and it is advantageous if you have project management certifications such as Prince2, PMI, IPMA, or equivalent.

Being a project manager means being an engaged, relationship-building, and goal-oriented person. You are attracted to consulting life, and we hope that this is a role you have a strong understanding of and see yourself in long-term. For this role, you need to master both Swedish and English at a professional level, both spoken and written.
