At Nexer, we are looking for a senior .NET developer to join our in-house team MyTeam located in Lidköping. This position offers the opportunity to work with customized solutions in both new development and maintenance, with a broad customer base and in close collaboration with experienced and skilled colleagues.

Thanks to our long experience in system management, the processes we use are well-tested and successful. This makes it easier for us to succeed with customizations based on specific requirements and wishes.

The majority of the work is performed in Scrum teams with regular customer contact as a natural part of the job. To deliver broad and complete solutions, the group consists of a mix of Testers, Application Developers, Fullstack Developers, Project Managers, and Architects. We actively work to create good cohesion in the team through both skill development and social activities.

As a .NET developer at MyTeam, you will work together with the team on the maintenance and further development of our customer projects. The role involves a high level of engagement and participation in ongoing deliveries, both in terms of architecture and code. The work is project-based and often involves multiple parallel commitments. Our customers vary in size and scope, with the common denominator being that they have entrusted MyTeam with the overall responsibility for their IT solutions. Within the team, there are assignments with customers such as Boplats and minpension.se. These are often web applications and involve work with frameworks, CMS systems, and cloud technology.

You will have a lot of customer contact and be involved in the entire journey – from sales to delivery and further development of various system solutions. This happens not only through traditional kickoff meetings but also through workshops or user cases. In consultation with the customer, there are often great opportunities to drive improvement projects and develop new ideas to meet the challenges that arise during the work.

You have good knowledge in the .NET area and have experience working as a developer. We would like you to have experience in a role as a system architect or an ambition to develop in that direction. Therefore, it is an advantage to have knowledge in both backend and frontend. Working agile according to scrum methodology and using tools like GIT is also a prerequisite for success in the role.
