About the job as a pharmacist at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work variably with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy. The position is full-time or according to agreement.

In the role of pharmaceutical manager, you will coach your colleagues to ensure that counseling, sales, and efficiency at the pharmacy are constantly improved in close collaboration with the sales manager at the pharmacy. As a Pharmaceutical Manager, you are also responsible for the development of pharmaceutical competence in your workplace. You are responsible for or support the pharmacy manager in contacts with local healthcare and serve as a good role model in customer interactions, while capturing and spreading everyday knowledge to improve quality, customer experience, and increase sales.

Welcome to our lovely Apotek Hjärtat adjacent to ICA Maxi Linköping. As one of our colleagues is taking on a new challenge and leaving us, there is now an opportunity to become part of our fantastic team! We are 20 wonderful colleagues, 14 pharmacists, and 6 pharmacy technicians, who help our customers with the best service. The pharmacy has Linköping's most open heart with generous opening hours from 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week, which is greatly appreciated by our customers and provides opportunities for varied working hours for us staff.

With us, the team comes before the individual. We support each other, willingly help each other, and have good communication. We want to maintain the same energy at the pharmacy when you become one of us.

For me as a manager, it is important that we enjoy ourselves and have fun with each other as well as with our customers and that we develop in our professional roles. We always have the customers' best interests in mind and strive to exceed their expectations.
