Our cheerful team consists of 11 employees characterized by broad expertise including implants, prosthetics, and Invisalign.

We are located in beautiful and modern premises with 7 treatment rooms, digital scanning, and panoramic X-ray. It is an established clinic with a good reputation and a loyal patient base. Here we work with joy, commitment, respect, and competence to provide our patients with the best dental care.

Who Are We Looking For

You are a qualified dentist with a few years of experience and confident in your role.
As a person, you are brave, communicative, and good at building trust and creating lasting relationships.
You have a passionate interest and commitment to lead and develop both employees and the business.
You need good organizational skills and enjoy having many things going on at the same time.
A unique opportunity to combine clinical work and being a practice manager.

Job Responsibilities

You have overall management responsibility in the business to plan, lead, develop, and follow up the work based on the current business plan.
You have financial and personnel responsibility.
Responsibility for the work environment.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the local operations comply with the laws and regulations within the healthcare and dental care sectors.
You work clinically as a dentist.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a dental education and a few years of experience in the profession.
Experience in leadership is a plus, but not a requirement.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
