Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls: Assist our customers with questions and issues in a professional manner.
• Further develop customer service: Be responsible for improving processes and routines to enhance our service level.
• Outbound sales: As time allows, contact potential customers (housing associations, property managers, etc.) to book meetings and create new business opportunities.
• Customer focus: Ensure that we always put the customer at the center and provide the best possible experience.

• Has sales experience: You are used to contacting and engaging with customers, preferably over the phone.
• Is structured, driven, and proactive: You thrive on taking your own initiatives and finding new, creative ways to improve the customer experience.
• Has good collaboration skills: You enjoy working closely with colleagues in a smaller team where we help each other.
• Is social and relationship-building: You find it easy to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships.

• Salary: Fixed with the possibility of commission
