Assembler at TitanX in Linköping

What does your workday look like?

TitanX in Linköping manufactures premium products of coolers for leading heavy vehicle manufacturers where your contribution as an assembler/production staff will make a difference in their daily production. Your main tasks as an assembler will be the assembly of parts for coolers at your workstation, and you will work both independently and in a team.

We place great emphasis on teamwork, quality, and commitment. Since you will be working with assembly, it is an advantage to be dexterous, quick to learn, and meticulous.

You will work closely with other assemblers at TitanX. The workgroups have a wealth of experience that will help you get into your job in the best possible way. Working hours are 2-shift (Day: 06:20-14:30 Evening: Mon-Thurs 14:20-00:15). Also night shifts Sun-Mon: 17:00-06:30, Tue-Thurs 00:00-06:30.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process is ongoing during the application period. The position is a consultancy assignment with ongoing needs at our client. As a consultant, you will have an employment with Adecco Sweden.

Who are you?

We want you to have completed upper secondary education, preferably with an industrial focus. It is highly meritorious if you have experience in industrial work and assembly work.

Sufficient language skills to understand safety instructions in Swedish are a requirement.

As a person, you are committed, have an easy time collaborating, and enjoy working towards set goals. You are driven to work at a fast pace and have good communication skills. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential for success in daily communication.

To be considered for the position, it is important that you can work 2-shift and start immediately. Being attentive and able to work in a team is crucial as everyone depends on each other to perform their tasks. Assembly involves some picking, so being dexterous is a plus.
