Your Responsibilities

As an assembler at Väderstad, you will work with the assembly of high-quality soil cultivation and seeding machines. You will be an important part of a team where quality and precision are the focus.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Manual assembly of agricultural machines according to drawings and instructions

• Participation in quality controls to ensure that the machines meet high standards

• Testing and inspection of machines before delivery

• Modification and adaptation of stock machines based on specific needs

• Documentation and reporting of completed work and any deviations

• Responsibility for keeping your workstation organized and contributing to a safe and pleasant work environment

You will be offered a varied and practical job where you will work with modern products in an environment characterized by technical expertise, collaboration, and pride.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in assembly work

• Driver's license B and access to your own car

• Ability to work two shifts

Meritorious:

• Forklift license A + B

• Crane training

Who are you?

You who are applying have a high school education, preferably in, for example, the Industrial Technology Program or the Vehicle Program. You have a great technical interest and at least one year of experience in similar production work. You enjoy assembling and tinkering, thrive on technical problem-solving, and feel comfortable working with both tools and machines. As a person, you are responsible, quality-conscious, and a true team player. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with others to achieve common goals.
