Your Future Role

Our Production team in our brand new factory in Linköping currently consists of about 30 dedicated employees and is led by Joakim and Jari. We have diverse backgrounds, which allows us to complement each other and benefit from our collective experience. Here we work as a team, where initiative and problem-solving are in focus. • Be responsible for our 7-axis machine with dual work tables and an X-axis with a 9-meter stroke.
• Participate in the transition from single-piece manufacturing to series production of the machine.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional CNC team together with programmers, production engineers, and preparers.
• Monitor and optimize the machine's capacity to maintain high efficiency and quality.
• Contribute improvement suggestions to streamline processes and workflows.
• Engage in problem-solving and development of the machine's applications.
• Working hours will eventually be scheduled for 3 shifts.

Your Profile

We see that you have relevant work experience in CNC milling and have previously worked with a machine that has 5 axes or more. If you have knowledge of Siemens control systems as well as experience in reading drawings and working with carbon fiber, it is considered an advantage. Furthermore, we see that you are structured and meticulous in your work approach and maintain a high quality in everything you do. You are committed and enjoy having a lot of responsibility in your work. You thrive in a team environment and have good collaboration skills.
