About the position

At Montico, we are constantly looking for new talents to match them with our clients' staffing needs. Our clients are located in Norrköping, Finspång, and Söderköping, among others.

With us, you will receive a six-month full-time employment as a mobile consultant, provided that we find an assignment that suits your skills. Working hours vary depending on our clients' schedules.

The recruitment process begins with a selection of candidates whose profiles match our assignments. If your profile is of interest, we will contact you for a phone interview followed by a personal meeting. Please note that references are an important part of our assessment, and we unfortunately cannot proceed with candidates who cannot provide relevant references.

Once the recruitment process is complete, we match your profile with our clients' current needs. We also save profiles for future assignments, so we can quickly find the right candidate when new opportunities arise. Read on to see what types of assignments may be relevant.

Job Description

We are looking for the following competencies:

• CNC operators with experience in milling/turning
• Skilled welders in TIG, MIG/MAG, and MMA
• Assemblers/mechanics focused on mechanics and/or electrical
• Advanced machine operators with knowledge in, for example, robotic welding, press brake, laser operation

You should have experience and knowledge of working according to technical drawings.
