Your Role

As a Composite Operator at Saab Aerospace Systems, you will be part of a diverse team that manufactures composite items. Together, you are responsible for ensuring high quality, efficiency, and timely deliveries. You work closely with each other and actively contribute to improvement efforts to continuously develop our processes and products.

Your tasks mainly consist of manufacturing and processing composite components, as well as verifying that they meet all quality requirements. You will also participate in our continuous improvement efforts and work according to our Lean principles to optimize the production flow and create value for both customers and the business.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is an engaged team player and thrives in a work environment where collaboration and a good atmosphere are important. You have the ability to take your own initiatives and can work both independently and in a group. For us, accuracy, responsibility, and a high sense of quality are crucial traits for succeeding in this role. We place great importance on your personal qualities and also see that you are flexible and adaptable, to be able to support other colleagues and departments as needed.

The position is daytime and located in Tannefors. You have good computer skills and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
