Your Crew

Our Production team at our brand new factory in Linköping currently consists of about 30 dedicated individuals and is led by both Joakim and Jari. We come from diverse backgrounds which allows us to complement each other and benefit from each other's experiences. Here, we are a team that enjoys taking initiative and solving problems together. As we are still building our production, we have great opportunities to influence and improve how we work – perfect for you who likes to be involved from the start! Your Mission

You are a CNC programmer who wants to take responsibility for the entire process from programming to finished product and work with high-tech materials such as carbon fiber and aluminum.

• Overall responsibility for an advanced 7-axis CNC machine with dual work areas.

• Program in CATIA Machining (V5) and simulate processes in a 3D environment to optimize tool paths.

• Work with machining aluminum, carbon fiber, and hybrids between these materials.

• Manage the entire process from work order to delivery of finished programs to the operators.

• Responsible for continuously improving the machine's efficiency and precision in our space production.

• Work in different shifts as work outside of daytime hours may occur.

Your Story

• Experience in CNC and milling as well as experience in CNC programming.

• Experience in reading technical drawings.

• Experience with Siemens control systems or similar.

• Experience in CAM preparation preferably in CATIA Machining (V5).

• A careful, methodical, and quality-conscious working approach.

• A strong commitment and a team player who enjoys working in a responsible role.

• Comfortable communicating and writing in Swedish and English.
