JOB DESCRIPTION
Heidelberg Materials Precast Contiga is the largest Swedish producer of prefabricated frames with its own manufacturing of both steel frames and concrete elements. Having both a steel workshop and a concrete element factory contributes to cost-effective comprehensive solutions, great flexibility, fast deliveries, and smooth production coordination. When it comes to steel frames, we have high flexibility, and after 40 years in the industry, we dare to say that no construction is foreign to us. We have extensive experience with prefab frames for offices, hotels, parking garages, sports and entertainment arenas, shopping centers, public buildings, and larger multi-family houses. In your role, you will work as a concrete worker responsible for tasks such as reinforcement, pouring, assembly, measuring, and reading blueprints. Additionally, your role may also include forklift operation and overhead crane handling, which is advantageous but not a requirement. You will be part of the customer's production team, manufacturing concrete products for the construction industry. The work is both physical and technical, requiring high precision and commitment.
Your main tasks will include:

• Pouring and reinforcement
• Assembly, measuring, and inspection
• Reading blueprints
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We prefer that you have previous experience in production and flow, as well as a sense for the manufacturing industry, preferably within the concrete sector. It is highly advantageous if you have experience in reinforcement, concrete, and blueprint reading, giving you understanding and knowledge of this type of work. You are hands-on and have a creative side, driven to work in a creative environment. You thrive in a work environment with physical tasks and good team spirit, always doing your best at the workplace. As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and have a good ability to work both in a team and independently. The job also requires you to take your own initiatives and have a good ability to see what needs to be done.

You are someone interested in important work where you contribute with your loyalty and strong work ethic. This profession requires good physical condition, and you should enjoy working practically and using your body. We place great emphasis on personal suitability!

ABOUT THE POSITION
The position is a full-time consulting assignment where you work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. You will be employed by us at Eterni and rented out to the client. You will receive a fixed-term contract for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. For the right person, there is also the possibility of further employment with the client.
