Job Description

A large IT system within the public sector is undergoing a transformation process in several phases, with the later phases now needing preparation. There is a plan for what each phase should encompass, and we are now looking for a senior business developer to lead and drive the business analysis for these parts.

The business analysis is conducted in collaboration with business developers, lawyers, and other relevant stakeholders. The purpose is to identify and document customer and business needs at a high level, so that these can be further handled by architects and requirements analysts for detailing. The analysis should ensure a well-functioning whole and efficient processes, while adhering to decided boundaries, timelines, and the ambition to deliver business value quickly through the minimum viable product (MVP).

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience analyzing overall business needs.
• At least 2 years of experience analyzing business needs within government agencies' processing operations.
• At least 5 years of experience working with efficient flows through digitization and holistic analysis.
• At least 5 years of experience defining boundaries and scalability for MVP deliveries.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in business analysis within larger IT projects with high complexity, particularly regarding legal issues and digitization needs.
