Krokom Municipality is in an expansive phase. We are facing a number of exciting challenges in our municipality as we grow and develop.

The Municipal Executive Administration supports three committees: the Municipal Executive Board, the Building and Environmental Committee, and the Community Development Committee. The administration employs about 135 staff and is divided into areas of staff, building and environment, and community development and growth.

You will belong to the municipality's property department, which is part of the community development and growth area. Currently, 19 people work in the department. You will report directly to the property manager.

A Day as an Administrator with a Focus on Finance in the Property Department

The Property Department has ownership responsibility for the municipality's properties and is responsible for the local supply of the operations. We carry out repairs, operational adjustments, maintenance work, investment projects, and reinvest in the municipality's property stock.

Your main tasks as an administrator will include:

• handling supplier invoices, customer invoicing, payments
• actively contributing to the department's development and improvement work to create clear, purposeful, and efficient processes
• registrar
• other property-related administrative matters such as rental administration and archiving
• case management and other administrative handling
• working with the department's accessibility and response

Your Competence

We are looking for someone with documented post-secondary education in finance and work experience in archiving, case management, and other common administrative tasks.

You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You have a strong service mindset, are organized, and have an easy time building good relationships.

You enjoy working independently and taking your own initiatives. It is especially important that you have an interest and a willingness to help and support in the various matters that come your way.

To succeed in this role, you are attentive, meticulous, communicative, and solution-oriented.

We expect you to have good general IT skills and be quality-conscious. Familiarity with the financial system Visma ROR and experience from public sector work is an advantage.

This is a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon.
